Andrea’s walked the corporate halls, earned her seat at the table, and now she’s on a mission to help more women do the same - without compromising who they are.

With almost 30 years of experience across global, multi-national, and Canadian organizations, Andrea is a former C-Suite executive, now leadership coach, speaker, and trusted advisory partner. Her career has spanned diverse industries and ownership models where she’s shaped culture, scaled businesses and developed next generation talent.

Today, she works with ambitious women leaders and entrepreneurs ready to step into their next chapter - helping them master their mindset, build confidence, and lead with courage, impact and authenticity. Her approach blends deep corporate expertise with a purpose-driven coaching approach that resonates with women who are ready to lead differently.
